I really love chicken, so of course I’m gonna suggest something to do with poultry. This is actually one of my favorite Nuwave Oven recipes that I love to use when I’m either alone or a dinner with a special friend. So here we go.
Here’s what you’re gonna need:
-1(or 2 depending on if you’re cooking for more than just yourself) boneless, skinless chicken breast(s)
-3 tablespoons of Thai sauce(can be found easily in any grocery store in your area)
-1/8 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
-1/4 cup zucchini
-Half a cup of yellow squash
-3 strips of yellow or red pepper(or both if you prefer it)
-1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
-And a bit of salt and/or pepper for extra flavor.
Now that you have all of that it’s time to get cookin.
-Place the chicken on the rack.(1-inch or 4 inch will work just fine)
-Next we mix up our Thai sauce and red pepper flakes.
-Once you’ve done that spread about half of the mix onto the chicken.
-Now just cook the Chicken on HI for about 6-8minutes and if it’s frozen keep it in there for 10minutes instead.
-While that’s going, put all of your vegetables, salt and/or pepper, olive oil and red pepper flakes into a plastic bag.
-Don’t forget to flip your chicken to lather the rest of that tasty sauce onto the other side so you get the full taste experience.
-Then get that plastic bag where you put all the veggies and stuff into, and arrange it around the chicken in whatever fashion you find most appealing to you and cook for another 7-8minutes.
I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as my friends and I. It doesn’t take much effort or time to make and can be made if you’re in a rush to a dinner party and you need to buy something. It’s simple and easy enough beginners can impress anyone who tastes this delicious meal.
